Ayutthaya Historical Study Center

In Ayutthaya there are not only temples and ruins… but there is also a museum where you can learn a lot about history of Siam, its relations with other countries around the world and how people used to live in that time.

The museum was established in the late 1980’s with a full support of the Japanese government.

I liked the way the architect integrated traditional elements into the white and blue building!

The air-conditioned museum is great to escape from the sun for a while!
